Lower parking charges at three car parks (18 Sep 2017)
"Significantly reduced long stay parking charges will be implemented by October 2017 at three Council car parks near Bexleyheath, Sidcup and Welling rail stations.
The new long stay tariffs for the car parks at Westwood Lane, Welling, Old Farm Avenue, Sidcup and Avenue Road, Bexleyheath, are competitively priced and lower than other nearby station car parks.
The current tariff in the three car parks is currently £5.70 for up to 24 hours parking, and will be reduced considerably, including a differential tariff to encourage cashless pay by phone payments via Ringo. The new 24hour charge in these car parks will be £4 for cashless payments (plus a convenience fee of 20p) and £4.30 for cash payments with Pay and Display tickets."
