Camera to catch drivers stopping outside Leicester station set to be turned on (7 AUG 2017)
"It was put in place after the death of cyclist Sam Boulton.
A camera installed to fine motorists who illegally stop on the road outside Leicester station will be activated next month.
Council bosses placed the automatic number plate recognition device outside the station in June but have yet to switch it on.
The authority intends to start camera enforcement on September 5."
