Sikhs Lobby UN To Accept Their Religious Symbols (3 Aug 2017)
"A prominent Sikh organization has sought the United Nations’ intervention regarding various countries banning certain religious symbols sacred to their religious community.
The Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee asked U.N. Secretary-General to table a resolution in the General Assembly to pressure countries to allow Sikhs residing there to wear their religious symbols."
