In poll year, Gujarat funds 2 historic gurdwaras (15 June 2017)
"Gujarat government has announced to spend Rs 10 crore on two historical gurdwaras in the state in connection with 350th birth anniversary of 10th Sikh master Guru Gobind Singh. The announcement was made by Gujarat chief minister Vijay Rupani in a function held at Sabarmati River front on June 11 night, which saw a gathering of Sikh religious leaders and members of Rashtariya Sikh Sangat."
