Most major online companies have introduced 2 step verification. This means in addition to logging in to your account using your username/email ID and a password, you set it up so that you: - receive a code from their server to enter once you log on with your username and password
- use an app to generate this code to enter
- use a password manager do it for you (more convenient)
It might be worth considering setting up 2 step verification on all your main (Dropbox, Google, Microsoft/Outlook, Apple cloud, emails etc) online accounts. Examples:- Hope that helps.
