Chabeel & Turban Day (17 June 2017)
"Sangat Ji on Sat 17th June there will be a Chabeel & Turban Day event in Walsall Town Centre (Gallery Square, WS2 8LR) from 10 am to 4pm.
This is a great opportunity to raise awareness to the wider community and learn about Sikhi, Chabeel and the Shaheedi of Sri Guru Arjan Dev Ji Maharaj.
Don't forget International #ChabeelDay2017 will be on June 24th. Please mark it in your calendar and join sangat across the world in commemorating the shaheed of Guru Arjan Dev Ji Maharaj by teaching the world about what it means to be #ChardiKala!
For the second year in a row we will be supporting The Sikh Press Association with their public relations campaign to spread education of Sikh philosophy and history.
Wherever you are in the world, get involved!
All you need to do is download some of our free #ChabeelDay leaflets and arrange to serve free drinks to the public! For more information check out www.SikhPA.com/ChabeelDay or email Media@SikhPA.com.
