Max Arthur Macauliffe translator of Sikh scriptures (sikhiwiki.org)
Editing some content for my Kensington & Chelsea Tour, and realised that on this day, 15 March, in 1913, Max Arthur Macauliffe passed away, at home in West Kensington.
So a little prayer in remembrance.....as it was his translations of our Sri Guru Granth Sahib that I first picked up aged around 13 from the library at Neville Road Gurdwara, Forest Gate, to start a learning journey that continues to grow...
