Java update from version 191 to version 201 on Windows 10 (16 Jan 2019)
You must login as administrator for the install to work. It will fail as user and the 'run as administrator' command. So make sure you login as admin for this to work.
Use the uninstall tool from the java site to uninstall version 191. Then go to the main java page and download the latest version 201 (15 Jan 2019) to install it.
