Hima Das' historic gold-winning 400m final at IAAF Under-20 World Championships (14 Jul 2018)
"Hima Das created history by winning gold in the women's 400 metre race at the IAAF World Under-20 Championships in Tampere, Finland, on July 12. Hima, who ran a conservative race at the start, won gold with a time of 51.46 seconds after a superb burst of speed in the last 100 metres at the Ratina Stadium. With the triumph, 18-year-old from Assam became the first Indian athlete to win gold in a track event at the World Championships across any age group."
