Bin Collection on windy days (23 Nov 2017)
Did your bins get blown with the winds yesterday? Fortunately for me it was just a lid. You can't tell which is whose in case you pick them up unless numbered by number etc. Neighbours lost theirs and ended up re-ordering from the Council. There must be a better way to ensure this does not happen let alone the bin collectors just chucking them back to add to the frustration. No doubt re-ordering will add to the tax we will all end paying. Plus it is the paper bin and you can guess what happens to the exposed contents!

Suggestions:-
- hinge the lids
- replace recycling box lids with strange blue elastic-edged fabric/plastic things (like shower caps) that are tied to the bin!
- tie them with rope
- number the bins
- put a large rock in it.
